How to Balance your Hormones with a healthy Hot Chocolate
Over the last few months, I’ve been struggling with a whole host of hormonal issues, ranging from increased migraines to breakouts, disturbed sleep, fatigue and deep mental health ruts I couldn’t seem to get myself out of. As you can imagine, it was a bit of a rollercoaster!
